Shipping policy
All orders are delivered from our warehouse in the Netherlands.
Blue Lagoon Skincare offers standard shipping for 6.90€ and free standard shipping on all orders over €89 for countries within Europe (see countries with *).
For all other countries (see countries without *), enjoy free shipping on all orders over €200.
We also ship orders outside of the EU. The shipping cost will be calculated during the checkout with expected delivery of 7-14 days, depending on destination country.

CUSTOMS AND TAXES
Import fees and sales tax may be applied upon delivery to countries outside EU. Blue Lagoon is not responsible for any import fees charged.
For further information on applicable import fees in your country, we recommend that you contact the customs authorities.
RETURNS
Blue Lagoon Skincare shop is committed to offer the finest selection of skin care and spa products. Every Blue Lagoon product purchased in Blue Lagoon online shop comes with an unconditional guarantee. Should you not be satisfied with your purchase you can request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery through your account or by contacting us through our "Contact form".
We will share with you more information and arrange your return or refund. Please note that we only refund the product not the shipping. As soon as the returned items are received at our warehouse, refund is processed. The refund procedure may take up to 14 days.
