1 . WHICH PRODUCTS ARE SUITABLE FOR OIL CONTROL, OR SKIN PRONE TO BREAKOUTS?

Foaming CleanserSilica Mud MaskBalancing Oil-free Emulsion and Hydrating Cream are all suitable products for oil control and skin prone to breakouts.

Overall, when it comes to suggesting a skincare routine, we would like to emphasize that no two skins are the same and it’s important to adopt a personalized approach that suits your specific needs. However, consumers who have skin prone to breakouts have reported that using Foaming Cleanser, Balancing Oil-Free Emulsion and Hydrating Cream had a positive and balancing effect on the skin. The tip was to use Foaming Cleanser and Balancing Oil-Free Emulsion on a daily basis, and if the skin was dehydrated, use the Balancing Oil-Free Emulsion as a serum before applying the Hydrating Cream; use Silica Mud Mask once a week.

2 . IS THERE PARABEN IN ANY BLUE LAGOON PRODUCTS?

All our products are paraben-free.

3 . DO BLUE LAGOON SKINCARE PRODUCTS CONTAIN NUTS?

If you want to avoid using products that may include ingredients derived from nuts, you should know that the following Blue Lagoon skincare products may include shea butter, sunflower oil, or almond oil: Hydrating Cream, Rich Rejuvenating Cream, Conditioner, Shampoo and Hair Mask, which all include shea butter. Lip Balm contains sunflower oil. Algae Mask, Body Oil and Silica Bath Oil contain almond oil. Please be aware that Blue Lagoon Skincare products may contain traces of nuts due to possible contamination at the production site.

Please note, we recommend that you consult your physician and carefully read the product INCI list online to find out whether the product is suitable for you.

4 . ARE BLUE LAGOON SKINCARE PRODUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS?

All our products are cruelty-free. We do not test our products or ingredients on animals.

5 . ARE BLUE LAGOON SKINCARE PRODUCTS GLUTEN-FREE?

All our products are gluten-free except for Algae Mask which contains hydrolyzed wheat proteins.

6 . ARE BLUE LAGOON SKINCARE PRODUCTS SAFE DURING PREGNANCY?

We do not have a specific range for pregnant or breastfeeding women but, to the best of our knowledge, there are no side effects to the use of our Blue Lagoon skin care products during breastfeeding and/or pregnancy. However, we advise you to seek advice from your doctor, as each case is specific.

7 . ARE BLUE LAGOON SKINCARE PRODUCTS VEGAN?

We aim to become 100% vegan. All our products in the Spa & Wellness collection are vegan. However, two products from the Dermatological Treatment collection contain acetylated lanolin alcohol, which is extracted from wool that is already being processed. These products are Mineral Moisturizing Cream and Mineral Intensive Cream. We are currently updating these two products with an alternative vegan-friendly ingredient, as we want all our products to be vegan.

SHIPPING

Blue Lagoon skincare offers free standard shipping within the United States on all orders over $95.

Please note that it may take us up to 3 business days to prepare and dispatch orders upon receipt depending on the weekday and holidays. However, we aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days.

Standard shipping cost is  $9.9 with expected delivery in 3-5 business days

Express shipping cost is  $29 with expected delivery in 1-2 business days

Canada and Mexico shipping cost is calculated at checkout with expected delivery of 7-14 days

CUSTOMS AND TAXES

USA Orders

All US orders are delivered from our warehouse in Cicero, Illinois, USA so there are no import fee  upon delivery within US. 

Orders are delivered to customer's door. Sales tax is excluded from the USD product price in Blue Lagoon online shop and is to be paid according to tax regulations of each state.

Canada and Mexico Orders:

All orders are delivered from our warehouse in Illinois, USA. Import fees may be applied upon delivery. Blue Lagoon is not responsible for any import fees charged. For further information on applicable import fees in your country, we recommend that you contact the customs authorities.

Orders are delivered to customer's door. Sales tax is to be paid according to tax regulations of each country.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Blue Lagoon Skincare shop is committed to offer the finest selection of skin care and spa products. Every Blue Lagoon product purchased in Blue Lagoon online shop comes with an unconditional guarantee. Should you not be satisfied with your purchase you can request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery through your account or through the form accessible at "my orders and return" . We will share with you more information and arrange your return or refund. Please note that we only refund the product not the shipping. As soon as the returned items are received at our warehouse, refund is processed. The refund procedure may take up to 14 days.
